Dear Regency Hotel staff,
 
I just wanted to say how much my mum(Anne), daughter(Freya) and I enjoyed our stay with you last Friday and Saturday night (17th and 18th November 2006).
The standard of the hotel was stunning but it's the staff who really gave it the edge. Their attendance at the door and assistance with luggage etc was superb, warm and genuine - a real pleasure to see a real enthusiasm throughout the hotel, morning and evening - a consistency which I think sadly lacks so much of the time in service industries today.
So thanks again and hope to stay again soon. I'll certainly recommend it.

'Spent a week at this South Kensington location. This was the first time I actually found a hotel I enjoyed staying in in London. The room was larger than I thought for a single, extremely comfortable and contained everything that I needed. It was also great to have both a bath and shower!
I can't over look the great full English Breakfest each morning, plus you had plenty of time to enjoy it! 7 to 11:30 is plenty of time if you wanted to sleep in.
I found the service and staff excellent.
An excellent hotel with extremely friendly and polite staff. All very helpful and willing to please. Very well placed for transport and access. Will certainly stay there again.'

"My wife and my parents stayed here in December 2003. Location is in a fantastic SAFE neighborhood and is a 5 minute walk to the South Kensington tube. Neighborhood has lots of little restaurants, bars, cafes, and a grocery store. This was my third trip to London and I love South Kensington.Hotel lobby is large. Overall - hotel is safe, great location, quiet, and clean."

The public spaces were inviting and well kept. Location is great -- only a few short blocks to the South Ken tube station and on the C1 bus route. Plenty of relatively inexpensive places to eat close by on Old Brompton Road."
