Terms and Conditions

  • All provisional Christmas Party Bookings must be confirmed in writing within 14 days of booking.
  • A £15.00 per person non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking.
  • Final numbers and final payment is required 2 weeks prior to the event.
  • We regret that should your party size decrease in number, payments including deposits cannot be offset against food, beverage or accommodation.
  • Should the party be cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to the event 100% cancellation charges will apply.
  • The allocation of banqueting rooms for Christmas Parties is at the hotels discretion.
  • Minimum numbers apply to private bookings The hotel reserves the right to cancel the function in case of unforeseen circumstances which make it impossible or unreasonably burdensome for the hotel to provide the function.
